A mental doctor interviewed a patient who felt bad about his life. The doctor told the patient to think really hard answer two questions. The first question was:
What in your life has caused you to feel this low?
Answer:
* Fear.
* Laziness.
* Bad Health.
* Lack of Faith
note- The real answer was himself.
Second question:
If you could, what would you do to keep these things from getting in your way?
Answer:
Fear- Understand there is nothing to fear known or unknown. Don't fear people; they are just as you are. Take small steps each each day to conquer your fears, and expand on your on your steps.
Laziness- Get off your butt and get out daily. Educate yourself on things you don't know or don't understand. Do a verb.
Bad Health- Exercise often. Eat right. Get enough sleep at night.
Lack of Faith- Improve yourself in religion. Understand that even a little faith moves mountains. Pray everyday.
